Applying years of experience in the technology, healthcare and management consulting industries, Rob’s vision for excellence is based upon a consultative approach to helping clients buy and sell real estate.
Rob is an accomplished marketing professional and business consultant with eight years of experience managing the growth of a successful residential real estate consulting practice and the operations of an innovative regional real estate marketing team. Rob excels at inspiring entrepreneurial vision while promoting a culture of learning through sharing of best business practices among Realtors and manager peer groups. With a keen focus on the development and management of real estate business support operations and market development strategies, Rob brings with him considerable skills in business planning and managing for profitability.
Prior to a career in real estate and the co-founding of Shoreline Property Advisors, Rob enjoyed 20 years of consulting to the health care industry including work with physicians, hospitals and companies doing business with healthcare providers. Having worked with nearly every hospital or health system in Illinois, Indiana and Michigan, Rob maintains a thoughtful connection with the families and communities serviced by his client hospitals and physicians.
It was the opportunity to be a trusted consultant to friends and neighbors that at first drew Rob to the real estate business. With each and every client buying or selling a home, Rob treasures the opportunity to work hard, think smart, be creative and strive to be the perfect communicator.
Rob is a graduate of Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. He grew up in the Village of Inverness in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago and has enjoyed living in Barrington, several outstanding Chicago neighborhoods and Evanston. Currently Rob lives in New Buffalo, Michigan with his partner Chris Pfauser and their two very active Labrador Retrievers.
Chris believes that the best advice comes from accurate data and analysis, combined with optimized processes and superior client service. He learned that from his management consulting experience with leading global organizations such as Boeing, CIGNA, P&G, Nestle, Deloitte, A.T. Kearney, ExxonMobil, Kraft, DuPont, Motorola, Ford, General Motors, Sprint, Motorola, EDS, BP, PricewaterhouseCoopers, McDonald's, UBS, BMW and the US Department of Defense. In addition to his corporate background, Chris’s entrepreneurial drive resulted in the founding a technology management consulting firm and a real estate services firm.
Chris co-founded Shoreline Property Advisors, a regional real estate services group that provides clients with consulting based real estate services. His partner, Rob Gow, leads the group of highly trained consultants licensed in Illinois, Indiana & Michigan that provide our clients with property advisory services and transaction managment for Personal Homes, Investments, Global Relocation, Property & Community Management and Real Estate Development.
With Shoreline Property Advisors, Chris relies on his over twenty years of global management, consulting, operations and services sales & marketing experience in information technology & management consulting to focus on creating new ways to deliver the best real estate data analysis and the ultimate real estate consulting services to friends and neighbors.
Chris graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and currently serves on the Wisconsin Alumni Association Chicago Board - often getting involved in UW Alumni events in the Midwest and across the US. Currently Chris lives in New Buffalo, Michigan with his partner Rob Gow and their two rescued Labrador Retrievers.
